Lachie Norris founded Summit Regional with a clear vision to bring Reliability, Precision and integrity to every job. Whether its electrical, Lifting or Mechanical
A qualified tradesman with years of hands on industry experience, Lachie combines technical expertise with a calm, safety driver approach that clients rely on. His background in Industrial and commercial environments has built a foundation of trust, efficiency and detail oriented workmanship that defines Summit Regional today.
Outside work Lachie is an avid Climber and mountaineer, with experience on challenging peaks and big walls across United States, South America, Himalayas and beyond.
In 2025, During a major avalanche on Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador, Lachie’s Quick thinking and rope rescue skills helped save multiple climbers - an experience that reinforced his commitments to safety, composure under pressure and the value of teamwork.
That same mindset carries into his professional life. Lachie Approaches every project with genuine care for hit clients priority’s and needs, Taking the time to understand each situation and provide clear, honest solutions. Whether it is a complex electrical installation, a mechanical breakdown, or a safety inspection, his driven by one goal. Delivering dependable results that make his clients lives easier.
